Another successful Restoration

Yesterday a client entrusted us with a special photograph of her father as a young man, pursuing his favorite pastime.

The photo was not only cracked and yellowed with age, but had a ton of dirt as well as some sprayed substance on it. Rust marked areas where thumbtacks had held it in place on walls or peg boards and rips were present on the edges. It took 4 hours to get it cleaned up.

Playing with Feathers and Rose Petals

We are gearing up for Valentines Day, yes, you are reading this correctly.

For this reason, we played with feathers and rose petals a couple of weeks ago. During the month of January, we are offering Valentine themed boudoir sessions.

It was fun doing something a bit different but still staying with our style of a moody feeling and sensuality. Below are a few samples of what we captured and we will add a video of behind the scenes and finished images on our YouTube Channel soon.

I love how the feathers are falling in this image and how we imply nudity here 🙂

Yes, we have done the rose petals before with a dancer and a grad student, but using them in the lace umbrella worked out perfectly and fit the idea we were after.

For our last sample, floating rose petals are my new favorite thing. We only played with what we had not done before. Of course a Valentine Boudoir session is not limited to what we have here, we would still do all the other poses, but adding the red and romantic touch that only roses and feathers can add, is the focus of this styled session.

Videography for Real Estate

A few weeks ago we spent some time with a realtor in Frederick to capture some photos and create a promo video of her introducing herself to the public.

With the use of a teleprompter, portable lights and several takes we created a nice intro for her to use across social media. Check out the video by clicking on the photo below.

We even added subtitles.

Halloween boudoir

During the month of October we are offering boudoir and glamor sessions in three unique sets with a Halloween theme. Think smoke, cauldrons, wands, candles and spells.

Come in a costume or choose darker lingerie. We will discuss details during our in-person consultation as usual and will personalize one of the sets as needed.
